From the perspective of tourism's own development, the purpose of tourism planning is to allocate and utilize all tourism resources, tourism reception capacity, transportation capacity and manpower, material resources and financial resources that society may provide to tourism as reasonably and effectively as possible, and to enhance planning and reduce blindness through prediction and adjustment.
