How to write a travel agency report?

The personal work report is generally composed of three parts:

1. Introduction. This is the opening statement of the work report. In this part, the identity and responsibilities of the debriefer should be clearly explained, mainly describing the work in charge, job responsibilities, work goals and debriefing time (one quarter, half a year or full year).

2. Main achievements. This is an important part of the debriefing report. Its main content includes the performance of job responsibilities, completion of work goals and outstanding performance, and self-evaluation. In other words, it is to write what work the debriefer did and how he did it; what achievements he achieved and what the benefits were; and self-evaluation in terms of both quality and quantity.

3. Problems and improvement measures. This part mainly clearly describes the main problems that exist in the performance of duties, the responsibilities of the debriefers, and specific methods for future improvement. The problems must be accurately identified, the attitude must be sincere, and the measures must be feasible. It is important to avoid vague questions and empty measures.

From the perspective of the structure of a work report, writing the above three parts is basically a complete work report. But to truly write a work report, you must also pay attention to the following points:

1. Adhere to seeking truth from facts. Reporters must seek truth from facts when talking about achievements or problems. One is one, two is two, and the achievements are sufficient. The questions should be explained thoroughly, without exaggerating or minimizing, and should reflect the performance of duties as they are;

2. Focus on the main circumstances of performing duties. Each cadre has different responsibilities and performs different tasks. It is impossible to write down all the work. It is necessary to select events with significant impact and outstanding political achievements to write down. A report is generally about 3,000 words, and the speech is about 30 minutes.

3. Write down your personal role. The personal report must explain clearly the role one plays in each work and achievements achieved, whether it is the main role or the role of supporting others or subordinates; whether it is the role of organization and coordination, or the role of personal leadership; whether it is the role of decision-making , or the role of making rational suggestions. Only by clarifying the role of the individual can we see the relationship between the debriefer and the performance, and accurately evaluate the debriefer's achievements. Similarly, for existing problems and mistakes, we must also distinguish between responsibility, leadership responsibility, and direct responsibility. When talking about personal role, we must set up the relationship and correctly handle the relationship between personal role and collective effectiveness. All achievements cannot be recorded in personal accounts, nor can political achievements be presented in general terms, so that the role of individuals cannot be seen.
