1, Jinan, located in East China, the central and western Shandong Peninsula and the central part of North China Plain, is the headquarters of the army organs in the northern theater of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the capital of Shandong Province, a sub-provincial city and the core city of Jinan metropolitan area.

2. Yancheng is a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province, located in the east coast of China, the middle of Jiangsu Province and the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
