1, Jinan, located in East China, the central and western Shandong Peninsula and the central part of North China Plain, is the headquarters of the army organs in the northern theater of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the capital of Shandong Province, a sub-provincial city and the core city of Jinan metropolitan area.

2. Yancheng is a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province, located in the east coast of China, the middle of Jiangsu Province and the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. Weifang, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, is a world kite capital, a national environmental protection model city, a national health city, a national garden city, an excellent tourist city in China, an advanced city in science and technology, and a national circular economy model city.

Lianyungang is located in the central coastal area of China, bordering the Yellow Sea in the east. Lianyungang is the first batch of coastal open cities in China, the eastern bridgehead of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge, the intersection city of the Belt and Road Initiative and the national demonstration site for cooperation between the east and the west.
