Anhui provincial government. Article 10 of the Regulations on the Administration of Huangshan Scenic Area shows that the Anhui Provincial Government has set up the Huangshan Scenic Resources Protection Fund, which can be raised through financial and social support, resource protection fees for ticket income, paid use fees for resources and other channels, and the ticket income belongs to the Anhui Provincial Government. Huangshan Mountain, called Yi Mountain in ancient times, is located in Huangshan City, Anhui Province, south of Anhui Province and north of Huangshan City. It spans Shexian County, Xiuning County, yi county, huangshan district and Huizhou District, with Huang Shiling in the east.
