Hotel Accounting Internship Report

On June Stepping into the society, facing the twin towers, I don’t know whether I am happy or sad. I have never seen the aristocratic splendor in the lobby before. This is my first internship in a hotel. I don’t know if I am facing this. What kind of challenges will it face? Let’s talk about the gains of this year in detail:

First, preliminary gains

I remember that after a week of short-term training in the Human Resources Department , basically mastered the basic overview of the hotel and what we should know and do, and then assigned us to various positions. I was assigned to the Chinese catering department. After I became familiar with the overview of this department, I started to study with the master. Some of the theoretical knowledge learned in books in school must be truly applied in practice, but I believe that as long as we take it seriously, we will have unexpected gains!

My first time as a guest It was the wedding banquet. I was really timid at the time and didn't dare to ask the guests for their requests. Later, the master and the supervisor said that they must let go of the "fear" in their hearts and take the initiative to do it. The most important thing is to be "diligent"! It’s enough to be diligent and think quickly. Later, every time a guest came to eat, I would take the initiative to greet them, serve enthusiastically and thoughtfully, and greet the guests with the most sincere smile, which made me even more full of energy. Confidence! Maybe you will encounter troubles like this when you are practicing in a hotel. All kinds of guests will encounter them. The key is to see how you treat them. I think as long as you use a sincere and motivated heart, no matter what kind of trouble you encounter, I will overcome all the ups and downs!

I still remember that the hotel organized a speech contest on the theme of "I Love Hongshengyuan". I have never dared to express my feelings. I once simply I didn’t dare to express myself even once when I introduced myself. Later, with everyone’s encouragement, I signed up for the competition. I was really nervous during the competition, but when I saw my classmates cheering for me, I mustered up the courage to give my speech. In the end! At that time, I no longer cared about the result, because at that moment I felt that I defeated myself and finally took the first step. It was a stage of my own. No matter what difficulties I encountered in the future, I I won’t be afraid anymore, because I believe in myself!

Second, a comprehensive study of the Chinese restaurant

In this year in the Chinese restaurant, my contact with people has also become wider. I have known my parents since I was born, went to school, met teachers and classmates, and now that I have arrived at xxx hotel, I have met colleagues, leaders, and familiar guests. With deeper contact, I feel that strangers are better than those I know. There are even more people, so it is impossible not to interact with strangers. People in this world live in a circle of interpersonal relationships. So I gradually realized that if you want to work well in a hotel, there are several things you must have: First, you must have good quality, have a certain cultural foundation, and also have certain work experience, work seriously, and be meticulous. The second is to be diligent, organized and clear-headed. The third is to have certain management capabilities. Fourth, you must be capable and deeply loved by leaders and guests. If you can really do the above points, I think you may be an excellent junior manager. There are still people living in society who cannot express themselves too much. In fact, as long as you treat everyone or everything around you with a warm and sincere heart, you will have a clear conscience.

There are many things to learn in the hotel, such as table manners, dealing with guests, and how to face the different requirements of guests as a five-star waiter. In a Chinese restaurant, there is relatively more exposure to this knowledge compared to other departments. When we serve a table and watch the guests take their seats, we will learn a little bit about some polite words and some toasts. There are also some more important things that are the interactions between people, which is the so-called "being a human being". "Being in the world" means respecting people. When I first came to the hotel, the people I came into contact with the most were my classmates, and later department managers and supervisors. There is a book called "Don't Just Do What I Tell You, Do What You Need to Do." It is to some extent The answer is given above: People who can meet the ultimate expectations of leaders often have better career development prospects. Nowadays, there are more introverts, and most of their focus at work is to find ways to perfectly complete whatever the leader assigns them. In fact, after staying in the hotel for such a long time, I feel that not only must they complete the tasks assigned by the leader, In your own affairs, you should also actively consider the problem from the leader's perspective. This will not only solve the problems that the leader thinks of, but also take the initiative to help the leader think of answers or solutions. Therefore, if you want to truly gain a foothold in society, you must Learn to be proactive. During the internship process, I saw those passive people being looked down upon by the leaders, just like some activities organized and promoted in hotels or some large enterprises. In addition to actively responding to calls and calls, the more important thing is to combine them with practice, and immediately In terms of implementation, some people do whatever they are told without any sense of independence. Such people will never get the attention of their leaders, and they will not have much potential. When some problems arise, if you have good opinions, you can take the initiative to put them forward. Don't keep them in your heart and not say them. Otherwise, you will not know how to seize the opportunity, and you will be in a very small position.

You also need to pay attention to your temperament when doing things. Just like in a hotel, you shouldn't talk too much in front of each boss or colleague. That will also devalue your own worth. You should be pretentious in everything. Maybe that's how you are as a human being. Train yourself. In the usual busy work of the Chinese restaurant, the leaders took out their free time at noon from time to time to arrange training for us. At first, the training content was about service details. Later, some new dishes and promotion plans that came out in different quarters and every month were also given to us. We conducted training in detail. Sometimes the finished dishes are made for us to watch and taste regardless of the cost, so that we can become more familiar with the methods and taste of these dishes. As waiters, we can promote these dishes to the guests. From the beginning of coming to the Chinese restaurant to the end, the leaders are constantly changing, because the Chinese food department of Hongshengyuan Hotel belongs to Taoyuan Mingyan Management Company in Guangdong, and we have also mastered a lot of knowledge about interpersonal communication. In a period of training, from the beginning of grooming training, to the training of table setting skills, and then the procedures and action specifications of serving dishes, as well as the understanding of how to make and name dishes, and then some specifications for selling drinks and asking about drinks. , different specifications in different time periods, and details to improve service quality, are all learned and mastered step by step. As interns, we are constantly combining book knowledge with practice to achieve greater perfection. During some breaks or free time, we are studying the contents of the books to achieve both work and study. That’s right, but it can also enhance our knowledge and understanding more broadly.

Third, the hotel’s corporate culture

Every employee has his or her own birthday. In order to enrich employees’ leisure time, the hotel holds a birthday party every quarter. On personal birthdays, greeting cards and birthday gifts from hotel leaders will be sent to us, making us feel the warmth of "home". Moreover, the hotel’s senior leaders sometimes attend birthday parties and play games with us, which is really fun! I remember the hotel organized a trip to Hengdian. He took us on a trip and even made a fun DV, which left us with wonderful memories. It also explained one of the hotel’s business philosophy: “If you want to retain business, you must first retain employees; if you want to retain employees, you must first retain employees.” We must pay attention to employees' spare time cultural life." These activities may be a reflection, and employees will be very happy, "Happiness comes first!" In summer and winter, the hotel will distribute some daily necessities, and some during the Chinese New Year. New Year's gifts and condolence gifts are a reflection of the leaders' care and concern for employees. We also deeply feel the warmth sent by the leaders. When the Spring Festival came, the hotel also held a New Year's party. All the students in our class actively participated in this event. We rehearsed the program in our free time until we performed on stage, and we were praised and praised by the hotel leaders.

One year passed quietly like this. From the beginning of our contact with the hotel’s human resources department, to the subsequent familiarity with various departments and contacts in all aspects, we experienced the so-called hardship. It is difficult, but after this year of study, I feel that I have grown up, and we have learned more experiences. No matter what, we always believe in ourselves: "We will always be the best!" At the same time, we must learn to be grateful, and remember everyone around you who cares about you!

During our rest time, When other departments in the hotel are busy, we are assigned to other departments for human support, such as making beds in guest rooms, serving Chinese food, and learning Western food. We are exposed to more and more new things, divided into Chinese food I have been to Western-style restaurants and guest rooms. Although it was only for a short day, I learned to make beds and have some simple exchanges with foreigners in the guest rooms and Western-style restaurants. Maybe just a little bit of communication and contact made us understand and know each other better. The knowledge and operational skills of other departments have increased our knowledge. So we must understand what we are facing. No matter what, we must be strong. We must learn to use our own efforts to prove that we are strong. We must not add so much pressure and burden to others. We must first To solve your own problems, try to summarize the journey you have taken before and lay a foundation for future development. In the future work, we must continue to give full play to our own advantages and strengths, continue to create miracles, and create our own world. Internship is not to experience life but a process of comprehensive contact with society. When I came to XX Hotel, I embarked on strange roads and bumps that I had never set foot on before, and learned how to face the so-called difficulties. I defeated myself, learned to challenge myself, and became stronger. gained my confidence.

The one-year internship in the hotel will be the most profound and precious memory in my mind. I will take this as an opportunity to continue to work hard to realize my ideals in life!
