A Brief Introduction to the Author of Basic Tourism

Xie was born in Xiuyan, Liaoning. 1982 graduated from Liaoning University of Finance and Economics. 1993 studied in Britain and the United States in 2002. He is currently a professor at the School of Tourism and Hotel Management of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, the editorial board of China Tourism Education magazine and the editorial board of Tourism Science. Mainly engaged in the teaching and research of tourism basic theory, tourism socio-economic and cultural effects, tourism methodology and tourism marketing. He has published a large number of academic papers, monographs and translations in American Yearbook of Tourism Studies, Journal of india tourism and Leisure Studies and China Journal of Tourism Studies.
