Li Xiaobo’s profile

Li Xiaobo, a native of Chongqing, graduated from the Department of Urban and Environmental Studies of Peking University with a master's degree. He is currently a professor at the Tourism College of Sichuan Normal University and director of the Tourism Planning and Economics Teaching and Research Section. His research interests include urban historical geography, tourism resource development and planning, etc. He has participated in and hosted 7 international cooperation and National Natural Science Foundation projects, mainly including: Sino-US Joint Three Gorges Salt Industry Archeology (Peking University-UCLA Cooperation) ; Research on tourism resource development and planning optimization in Kunming tourism circle (Yunnan Provincial Government-Peking University cooperation), etc.; In "Journal of Peking University", "Urban Planning", "Confucius Journal" (Taiwan), "Journal of Tourism", " He has published more than 30 academic papers in journals such as "Economic Geography", among which 10 papers have been reprinted by "Chinese Social Science Abstracts", "College Liberal Arts Journal Abstracts", "National People's Congress Copy Materials", etc. Research direction: historical and cultural cities, tourism resource development and planning.
