1. The hospital stipulates that no registration for physical examination is allowed after 11 a.m. or 4 p.m., so you cannot go for a physical examination too late!! Physical examination items:

1. General examination: height, weight, blood pressure, pulse rate, development, nutrition, neck, vision, night blindness, color discrimination, skin, lymph nodes, ears, hearing, nose, sense of smell, throat, tonsils , oral mucosa, teeth, thyroid, thorax, breast, breath sounds, heart rate, heart rhythm, murmur and tremor, abdominal mass, liver and spleen, hernia, knee reflex, muscle tone, difficulty standing with eyes closed, spine, limbs, genitourinary ,anus.

On the day of the physical examination, you must bring:

Note:

1. You do not need to fill in the physical examination form yourself. The hospital staff will fill it out for you during the physical examination.

2. If you do not have a 2-inch ordinary frontal color photo during the physical examination, you can use a passport photo or a 50-50cm photo. It never hurts to bring more photos.
