Time to receive Jilin Tour Guide Qualification Certificate in 2019

Jilin Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism issued a notice on obtaining certificates: According to the work arrangements for the 2019 Tour Guide Qualification Certificate Examination, candidates whose "examination results" are "qualified" are requested to receive the Tour Guide Qualification Certificate according to the requirements of the following notice.

1. Collection time

June 15th to June 19th, 2020 (9:00-16:00 every day)

2. Collection Location

Junhui Tour Guide Training School, Room 315, 3rd Floor, Jilin Tea City, Henan Street, Chuanying District, Jilin City

3. The following materials must be presented to receive the qualification certificate

( 1) Candidates who pass the preliminary examination

Original ID card;

(2) Candidates who pass the additional examination

Original ID card;

(3) 2020 graduates of tourism majors from secondary vocational schools can register to take the exam. Only after passing the exam and obtaining a graduation certificate can they receive the Tour Guide Qualification Certificate. When receiving the certificate, they must present:

1. In person Original ID card;

2. Original graduation certificate.

(4) Other situations

If you entrust another person to collect on your behalf, you must present a power of attorney (state the entrustment matters, division of responsibilities, etc., and be signed by the entruster), and the original ID cards of both parties and photocopies.

Warm reminder: If the above materials must be presented in original form, they shall not be provided in the form of photos or copies. All originals presented (except for the power of attorney for collection) will be returned after review. If copies must be presented, copies must be made. Files are retained for future reference.
