Mentougou scenic spot

Mentougou Scenic Area includes: Tanzhe Temple, Baihuashan National Nature Reserve and Lingshui Village.

Tanzhesi

Tanzhe Temple has a history of 1700 years, and it is the oldest ancient temple in Beijing. First, it is called Tanzhe Temple, followed by folk proverbs in Beijing.

The high mountain peaks block the cold current from the northwest, so the climate here is warm and humid.

There are towering old trees and pagodas in the temple. The whole temple building is cleverly laid out according to the terrain, and the environment is extremely beautiful.

Baihuashan scenic spot

Mentougou Baihua Mountain, Fangshan Baihua Mountain, Fangshan Baicaopan and Yesanpo Baicaopan are all in Baihua Mountain. The first three belong to the same main peak, and the top of the mountain is connected, and all of them can reach Baihua Meadow.

The scenic spot is dominated by natural scenery, hiking in the forest and sea of clouds, breathing the fresh air of nature all the way, and having endless fun.

It's easier to play. Tourists begin to climb the mountain after entering the scenic spot. It takes about 2 hours to reach the top of the mountain, and they can go down after playing.

From June to August every year, the Baihua meadow on the top of the mountain is full of wild flowers, and there are often wonders such as the sea of clouds, which is suitable for photography.

Lingshui village

Lingshui Village is a village full of history, and Lingquan Temple, an ancient temple in Beijing, is here.

During the Ming and Qing dynasties, there were many juren in the village, such as Liu Maoheng and Liu Zengguang, so it was also called Juren Village.

Lingshui village has beautiful natural scenery and many cultural relics, among which Dongling Stone Man, Nantang Beitiao, Juren House and Temple Site are known as the eight scenic spots of Lingshui.

Every August 6th and 7th is Lingshui Autumn Porridge Festival, and visitors can get a bowl of porridge for free.
