Xiyangjiawa Village is located at 7. 1 km southeast of Xiahe City, the resident of Langya Town People's Government, on the east bank of Yangjiawa Bay, with a village area of 1.9 square kilometers, including 840. 16 mu of cultivated land.

According to legend, during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, Yang moved to this village from Haizhou, Jiangsu Province, and was named Yangjiawa because of its low-lying location. In the middle of Ming Dynasty, it was divided into three villages, located in the west, named Xiyangjiawa. According to the Qing Daoguang edition of Zhucheng County Records, Jiangcheng is called Xiyangjiawa. There are 330 households in the village, with a population of 1229, with poplar as the main population and less Ding and Li.

Sunset depression is located in Hou Ling, with both agriculture and fishery, mainly fishing. It has the largest inland water harbor in the town, and more than 90% of the labor force in the village is engaged in marine fishing, mariculture and other aquaculture. In 2004, the aquatic products trading market and harbor commercial community with a total area of10.2 million square meters were built, and there are 230 farmers.
