These 39 illegal buildings are located in the 2-14-1 plot in the northeast corner of No.2 Island, which is separated from the recently completed residential area by a large open space. The road sections leading to the plot were all intercepted. According to the on-site staff, non-staff members were not allowed to enter since January 4.

At an intersection, a gentleman saw many owners and tourists who came to watch. According to an owner of No.2 Island, the person who organized the interception on site was related to Evergrande.

On December 3th, 221, a Decision on Administrative Punishment (Demolition within a Time Limit) issued by Danzhou Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Hainan Province showed that the planning permit for the above-mentioned 39 buildings had been revoked, and Danzhou Xinheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd. is now ordered to dismantle the above-mentioned illegal buildings within 1 days. If it is not removed within the time limit, Danzhou Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau will organize the removal according to law.

all the 39 buildings ordered to be demolished are residential buildings, located at plot 2-14-1, No.2 Island, Haihua Island, with a total construction area of about 435, square meters. The developer is Danzhou Xinheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd.

It is mentioned in the Decision on Administrative Punishment (Demolition within a Time Limit) that if the relevant developers do not agree with the demolition decision, they can apply to the Danzhou Municipal People's Government for administrative reconsideration within 6 days from the date of receiving this decision, or bring an administrative lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction within 6 months from the date of receiving this decision according to law.

On the evening of January 3rd, Evergrande Children's World Group published a Letter to the Owners of Haihua Island through WeChat WeChat official account, explaining related matters, saying that the decision was only for 39 buildings on plot 2-14-1 on Haihua Island No.2, and did not involve other plots of Haihua Island, that is, it did not involve plots and buildings of 6,567 owners who had repossessed buildings and 628 owners who had not repossessed them.
