Brief introduction of rulin town
Scholars called Chu village in ancient times, which was named after Chulan people first settled in this village. This is the hometown of Chu Guangxi, a famous pastoral poet in the Tang Dynasty, and is called "Scholars" by Tang Suzong Hengli. Rulin Town has a long history. The villages such as Zhouzhai and Baimitang in the town are said to be the places where Zhou Yu, the general of Soochow, stationed troops and provided food during the Three Kingdoms period.
