The outdoor scenic spots of West Lake have been fully opened to the public, but some museums and indoor scenic spots are still closed.

According to the spirit of the Hangzhou Municipal Government's "Supplementary Notice on Adjusting the Ten Measures for "Epidemic Prevention and Control, Everyone is Responsible"", combined with the current epidemic situation in tourist areas and precise and intelligent control requirements, the current prevention and control measures to optimize.

Starting from February 19, 2008, the West Lake Scenic Area will open closed scenic areas in an orderly manner in accordance with regulations. In principle, its open-air paid scenic areas will be open according to normal business hours (see the announcements at the ticket offices of each scenic spot for details). Various museums (including former residences, pavilions, buildings in scenic spots) and other closed places will continue to be closed until further notice.

At the same time, all park attractions in the West Lake Scenic Area are open in an orderly manner, and citizens are encouraged to visit with their real names. Referring to the "Guidelines for the Orderly Opening of Tourist Attractions for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in Zhejiang Province", we implement controlled and orderly tours, and advocate real-name ticket purchase, reservations for tours, and cashless payment. The scenic spot will use the Internet, big data and other means to provide convenience for citizens and tourists; at the same time, to ensure safety, the scenic spot will control the number of tourists in real time. In principle, the daily reception volume will not exceed 50% of the carrying capacity, and groups will be arranged at different intervals. Tourists are allowed to enter the park, and it is recommended that group visitors should not exceed 30 people. All tourists are required to wear masks while sightseeing.

Toll park scenic spots that are open in an orderly manner must be inspected upon entering. All visitors must check in when entering the park. They were asked to show their Hangzhou health code and have their temperatures taken. At the same time, temporary isolation points are set up nearby. If an abnormal body temperature is found or a red code or yellow code is found, the person should be stabilized at the temporary isolation point and reported to the prevention area. If you do not have a health code, you need to register with your real name and have your temperature taken.

At present, the prevention and control of the "new coronavirus pneumonia" epidemic is still in a critical period.
