Xiamen Twin Towers, located in Xiamen Port Area, Siming District, Xiamen City, laid the foundation stone for Shimao Strait Building, which is another heavyweight project to implement the island upgrading strategy in Xiamen and the tallest "Twin Towers" building on the island at present. The Shimao Strait Building, built by Shanghai Shimao Co., Ltd. with a total investment of nearly 5 billion yuan, was designed by Atkins Architects, the architectural design team of Dubai Porcelain Hotel, the world's highest seven-star hotel. The landmark of the Twin Towers is shaped with beautiful sails, comparable to the Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and integrated with the visual elements of the bougainvillea flower in Xiamen to create a coastal gateway building with the mission of continuing the context of the old city and promoting the civilization of the new city. The project consists of two super-high-rise buildings about 300 meters, one of which is a five-star hotel and top office building, and the other is a SOHO office building. The skirt building is built into a comprehensive business integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment and catering. The project is scheduled to be delivered before 20 15 and 10.
