Add oil first, mix thoroughly, then add water and mix evenly. The temperature should not be too low when mixing the powder, otherwise it will easily agglomerate. The best powder temperature is 145~145℃. After the powder is mixed, it is pressed into a mold. The size of the mold is 4 × 8 cm, the height is 7.5 cm, the pressure is 90 kg/cm2, and each piece weighs 62.5 grams. Two pieces are packed in one package, and the standard weight is 125 grams. The moisture content of the finished product shall not exceed 6%.

What needs special attention is that the puffed powder particles cannot be too fine. If they are too fine, the temperature is too low, and it is easy to agglomerate when mixing the powder. The volumes of various grain puffed powders are different, and the pressure during pressing should also be different. The pressure should be such that the volume and weight of the product remain unchanged. The type of oil used should also be selected for better storage.
