What cities are there in Vietnam?

1. Hanoi: a municipality directly under the Central Government of Vietnam, the capital of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the second largest city in Vietnam, located in the Red River Delta in northern Vietnam, with an area of 3,358 square kilometers.
