Last winter vacation, my parents and I took a flight to Xiamen. My English teacher once told us that Xiamen is a beautiful city worth visiting. We stayed there for four days. We live in a small fishing village. On the first day, we visited Xiamen University and Nanputuo Temple. Xiamen University is regarded as the most beautiful and romantic campus in China. In fact, it's charming and the architecture inside is exceptional. The next day, we visited Jimei Scenic Spot. On the third day, we visited Gulangyu Island. The view there is amazing, I love it. There are many small shops there. However, the large number of tourists makes the island very crowded. Regardless, it was a pleasant trip.
