Harbin-Taishan Tourism

It is recommended that you go on a self-guided tour and climb the mountain at night, so that you can save on accommodation fees and have enough to eat and drink. After arriving in Tai'an, buy your return ticket first.

Then take the No. 3 bus heading east from the north of the train station square and go to Dai Temple first. It would be a pity not to go to Dai Temple when you come to Tai'an. The ticket price is 20 yuan/person. Find a tour guide, otherwise you won’t understand.

Have something to eat in the evening and take a look at the night view of Tai'an. Start walking around 10. Go straight along the north gate of Dai Temple and you will find the winding road for climbing. Walk slowly along the way and take some thick clothes such as Down jacket, flashlight, water and money. Taishan ticket is 125 yuan + 2 yuan insurance = 127 yuan/person. We walked for five or six hours, and the sunrise was around 6 o'clock in the morning. After watching the sunrise, you can take the cable car down the mountain for 80 yuan/person. After arriving at Zhongtianmen, you can take a bus down the mountain to Tianwai Village for 30 yuan/person. After playing for a while in Tianwai Village, take bus No. 3 back to the train station.

If you are hiking during the day, you can first visit the Dai Temple and stay in Tai'an at night. Go north from the train station square and pass through an intersection. Then go 80 meters north to the Municipal Party School on the east side of the road. There is a Hanlin Hotel. Cheap, clean and safe. Staying there, I went to Ginza for a walk in the evening, and the next morning I went out and took the No. 3 bus heading south, and got off at the end of the walking trail, which is the Red Gate. When you go out and take the No. 3 bus heading north, get off at the end of the bus and you will reach the starting point of the mountain - Tianwai Village. Very convenient.
