According to the above duties, the Tourism Bureau of the Autonomous Region has six internal organs.

(1) Office (Information Management Office).

To study and formulate the regional tourism promotion plan and organize its implementation; Organize the promotion of the overall image of tourism in the whole region and the promotion of key tourist areas, destinations and routes; Responsible for the analysis of tourism market and put forward the promotion countermeasures; Manage foreign-related tourism affairs and issue letters and telegrams to inform foreigners to travel to China; Responsible for foreign exchange and cooperation in tourism.

(4) Planning and Finance Department.

To study and formulate long-term and annual plans for the development of tourism in the whole region and organize their implementation, and guide the preliminary work of tourism planning and key tourism projects in various places; Responsible for organizing the national survey, development, utilization and protection of tourism resources; Guide the construction of tourist resorts; Cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in the examination and approval, supervision and inspection of key tourism projects in the whole region; Draw up the investment plan of tourism development fund, and guide social investment and foreign capital to enter the tourism industry; Assist the financial department to manage the tourism development fund and special funds; To guide the accounting work of tourism in the whole region; Guide and promote the development of tourism commodities.

(five) supervision and management office (administrative examination and approval office).

Organizing the implementation of various national standards for the tourism industry; Supervise and inspect the order and service quality of the tourism market, guide the tourism quality supervision office to handle tourists' complaints, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and operators; Responsible for inbound tourism, domestic tourism, outbound tourism and border tourism; Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of the safety of the tourism industry, and guide the emergency rescue and insurance work of tourism; Guide the construction of excellent tourist destinations; Guide the construction of spiritual civilization, credit system and business work of tourism industry organizations in the whole region. To undertake the examination and approval of domestic tourism business and inbound tourism business travel agencies; Undertake the relevant audit work of travel agencies to increase overseas tourism business; Responsible for the issuance of tourist guide cards, the issuance of tourist guide cards for overseas travel teams and the verification of the number of China citizens traveling abroad organized by travel agencies; To undertake the related work of the evaluation committee of provincial tourist star hotels.

(6) personnel department.

Responsible for tourism education and training in the whole region, making plans and organizing their implementation; Responsible for organizing the post qualification certification and professional technical grade evaluation of the tourism industry; Guide the exchange of talents in the tourism industry; Responsible for personnel, labor wages, institutional management and retirees; Guide the implementation of tourism training.

Party committees of government organs are responsible for the party-mass work of government organs and directly affiliated units.
