The Development History and Geographical Environment of Lazikou

I. Development history

Lazikou Forest Park, founded in 1999, is one of the four national forest parks in Bailongjiang forest region, and belongs to Diebu Forestry Bureau of Bailongjiang Forestry Bureau. In 2003, it was upgraded to a national forest park.

Since the establishment of the park, Diebu Forestry Bureau has successively registered 95 "Lazikou" trademarks in 44 categories, compiled the master plan of Lazikou National Forest Park, built some scenic roads, communication facilities and tourist attractions, and carried out various publicity and promotion activities.

After the development and construction, Lazikou is not only a patriotic education base and a red tourist attraction to remember the martyrs, but also a beautiful green tourist attraction. In 2005, the site of the Battle of Lazikou in Diebu was listed in the Outline of National Red Tourism Development Plan and became one of the "list of 100 classic red tourist attractions".

Second, the geographical environment

Lazikou National Forest Park is located in the headwater area of Lazi River on the north bank of Bailong River in Jialing River system of Yangtze River basin, the eastern edge of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the northern branch of Minshan Mountain System, and Dieshan Mountain Range, belonging to Longnan Mountain in the south of West Qinling tectonic belt.

Geographical location is10339' ─10401'east longitude and 34 03' ─ 34 17' north latitude. Located in Diebu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, the management area of Lazikou Forest Farm of Diebu Forestry Bureau, Bailongjiang Forestry Bureau, Gansu Province.

Lazikou National Forest Park is adjacent to Tanchang County in the east, Zhuoni in the west, Liangmin County in iron ruler in the north, Luodalinchang in Diebu Forestry Bureau and Samba Forest Farm in Diebu County in the south. The park is 322km away from Lanzhou, 422km away from Chengdu, 21254km away from national highway and 31322km away from provincial highway, and the provincial highway Dai Min runs through the whole territory.
