2009 Tai'an City Housing Construction Plan

Letter for the implementation of construction regulations [2007] Documents No. 740, Jian Gui Han [2007] No. 380, Jian Gui Han [2008] No. 40 and Lu Jian Gui Han [2008] No. 8 have done a good job in formulating and publishing housing construction plans and housing construction plans, in order to further satisfy the needs of the general public. In order to meet the people’s basic housing consumption needs, strengthen social supervision, improve information transparency, and stabilize market expectations, in accordance with the requirements of superior documents, the city’s 2009 housing construction plan is specially formulated:
1. Construction scope: "Tai'an City Urban The land use scope determined by the city’s recent construction plan in the “Master Plan (2006-2020)”.
2. Housing construction goals: The annual construction of 1.666 million square meters of various types of housing, including 13,000 square meters of low-rent housing, 47,000 square meters of affordable housing, 1.206 million square meters of ordinary commercial residences, and renovation of old villages The planned area is 400,000 square meters.
