Determination method of adhesion index

The adhesion index is determined as follows:

Bond index (English name: Bond index) is a key index to judge the caking and coking of coal. The caking index of bituminous coal is determined by comparing a certain quality test coal sample with a special anthracite coal sample (taking the special anthracite produced by Rufenggou Mine in Ningxia as the standard coal sample in China).

Under the specified conditions, they are mixed and heated quickly to form coke, and the strength of the obtained coke is tested in a certain drum. The bonding ability of coal samples is expressed by the wear resistance of coke, that is, the destructive power. Cohesion index is an important index to judge the cohesiveness and coking of coal.

Cohesion index is an index to characterize the caking property of bituminous coal, which was put forward by China Beijing Institute of Coal Chemistry with reference to the principle of Logar index determination. The measurement method of this index is to mix bituminous coal and standard anthracite according to the ratio of 1:5 or 3:3, and then coke to determine the bonding strength of the obtained coke.

The difference between the caking index (GR.I) and r.i. of bituminous coal lies in:

1, unified processing and selection of special anthracite;

2. The particle size of standard anthracite changed from 0.3 ~ 0.4 mm by R.I. method to 0. 1 ~ 0.2 mm by GR.I method, which expanded the measuring range of strong caking coal. At the same time, because anthracite is similar to experimental bituminous coal in particle size and easy to mix, the index error is reduced and the repeatability and stability of determination are improved.

3. When determining the caking index of weak caking coal, the ratio of anthracite to bituminous coal is changed to 3:3, which solves the problem of inaccurate determination of weak caking coal by logarithmic method;

4. The mechanical stirring is realized, the test conditions are improved and the human error is reduced;

The key points of the method are as follows:

A certain weight of test coal sample and special anthracite are mixed under specified conditions and quickly heated into coke. The strength of the obtained coke was tested in a drum with a certain specification, and the bonding index was calculated by a prescribed formula.

Allowable error and result report:

Each coal sample should be repeated twice. G≥ 18, the difference between the two average values measured in the same laboratory shall not exceed 3, and the difference between the reported values in different laboratories shall not exceed 4;

When g < 18, the two parallel measurements in the same laboratory shall not exceed 1, and the difference between the reported values in different laboratories shall not exceed 2. The calculated average value of the parallel test results shall be taken as the final result, and the reported results shall be rounded off.
