New citizens of Foshan can apply for residence permit services online through the Foshan Tong APP.

Entry: Scan the QR code to download the “Foshan Tong” App

Processing steps:

1. Enter the “Foshan Tong” APP;

2. Select "New Citizen Services" from the "Convenient Services" menu, and you can handle business by yourself according to your needs.

Residence registration:

1. Click "Add new residence registration", fill in personal information, take a photo of your ID card and upload it;

2. According to the type of residence , upload real estate information, residential address certificate or housing rental contract and other relevant materials;

3. After waiting for system review, a "residence registration certificate" with a barcode will be automatically generated.

Residence permit service:

1. Apply for residence permit:

There are three different conditions for applying for residence permit. The applicant clicks to enter "Residence permit application" ”, the system will automatically compare the conditions met by the applicant.

For those who have been registered for more than half a year:

① If there is no change in the information, you only need to upload the "Residence Certificate Photo Receipt Code" or take a self-service photo and upload it in the system.

② If you have paid social security in Foshan for half a year within one year, or you or your immediate family members have purchased real estate in Foshan for half a year:

③The system will automatically guide the applicant to enter " "Residence Registration", you can directly apply for a residence permit after completion.

2. Residence permit renewal, replacement, and replacement:

If there is no change in the residence permit information, the applicant can check and confirm it. If the information changes, please re-fill it and it will be processed automatically after being reviewed and confirmed by the system.

To replace or replace a residence permit, you need to pay a certificate production fee of 20 yuan. The method of obtaining the certificate can be selected by yourself in the system.

Certificate collection method:

①Go to the service station to collect;

②"Postal Express" service: To achieve "zero running" of the service, the express delivery fee is borne by the applicant Pay to the postal courier company;

③ "Citizen's Window Self-service Signing" method: Bring your residence permit to the nearest "Citizen's Window" terminal with residence permit renewal function for self-service signing.

Residence declaration:

1. The building manager or property owner clicks "Residence declaration" to enter, and the system automatically displays relevant information. You can click "Room Management" and "Tenant "Management", make additions and changes to rental housing and tenant information.

2. If you have not registered before, click "Add New Residence" to register. If it belongs to the type of commercial housing, you only need to fill in the name of the property owner, ID number, and house address, and the system will directly approve it after verification. Non-commercial houses such as self-built houses in rural areas will be reviewed and approved in accordance with the relevant regulations on rental house registration.
