There is no flight from Hangzhou or Shanghai to Aksu in my memory. If you take a flight from Hangzhou, you should first go from Xiaoshan Airport to Urumqi. The plane may stop in Lanzhou for about half an hour before continuing the flight.

Then you can transfer to Aksu by train (the new air-conditioned express takes about 16 hours, and the local train is estimated to take more than 20 hours), or you can take a flight from Urumqi (a little more than an hour). Buses are also available, but not Recommended.

In spring, southern Xinjiang is prone to sandstorms. If the weather is good, flights will not be delayed. You can usually buy discounted tickets, which are only three to four hundred yuan.

It is recommended to take the airport bus from Urumqi International Airport to Urumqi Railway Station (South Railway Station), which costs 10 yuan per person; bus No. 51 is 1 yuan. It is not recommended if it is your first time to Urumqi. Just get off the plane. It's quite far to the bus station, and outsiders may not be able to find it. I got lost in a community near the airport⊙﹏⊙bhan. Both the airport bus and bus No. 51 can go directly to the South Railway Station.

By train, the express train costs about 260 yuan for a sleeper berth, and the hard-seat express train costs about 160 yuan; local trains are cheaper than express trains. Remember to bring two meals of dry food when taking the train (at least two meals, according to your own dietary rules)! It takes more than ten hours to sit! ! ! !

From the airport to the long-distance train station, I forgot whether I took the bus at Nianzigou Station or Santunbei Station. The air in the bus is not good, the air smells bad, and it is a long distance, so it is very stuffy, so I do not recommend it. The bus seems to be faster than the train.

You mentioned the nearest route. In fact, it is nearly several thousand kilometers to Xinjiang. Even if the route is close, it is not much closer.
