If it falls under the circumstances specified in Item (3) of the preceding paragraph, the tourism complaint handling agency shall promptly notify the complainant to lodge a complaint with the tourism complaint handling agency or relevant administrative department with jurisdiction. According to the provisions of the above clauses, you may lodge a complaint with the tourism complaint handling agency in accordance with the law. The tourism complaint handling agency shall make a mediation result within 60 days from the date of accepting the tourism complaint. If mediation fails, or if the mediation agreement is not implemented after it takes effect, you can apply for arbitration to an arbitration institution or file a lawsuit with the People's Court in accordance with national laws and regulations.
