Part II

1. Survey background

Contemporary college students are the pillars of future social construction. It is very important to guide them to continue to maintain the concept of hard work, simplicity, diligence and thrift, oppose the bad consumption habits such as extravagance and waste, blind comparison and excessive consumption, and strengthen the cultivation and shaping of college students' healthy consumption concepts in the current environment of building an economical society.

In recent years, the demand of college students has been expanding, so they especially want to show their growth and maturity to the society with a new and different consumption image. They hope to show the vitality of youth, their ability and value through the trendy, fashionable and avant-garde consumption, so as to stand out from the crowd for development opportunities. Some college students believe that "society is developing and consumption is the driving force, which will arouse the public's attention and gain more in a modern society that pays attention to economic value. Pursuing the avant-garde and leading the social consumption trend are also college students' contributions to social progress."

Improving the quality of life of college students and promoting their healthy growth are not only the wishes of schools and parents, but also the concerns of the state and society. In a sense, the development of college students' consumption culture can not only enrich their lives, but also promote production through consumption and promote sustained economic growth. However, while fully affirming the positive factors of college students' consumption, we can't help but see some deviations in college students' consumption, such as: deficit consumption that is not good at financial management, precocious consumption that is higher than family or negative income level and ability to pay, blind consumption that believes in advertising, ostentatious consumption that pursues vanity, regardless of their own actual situation, just comparing consumption like others, and extravagant consumption that squanders everything.

Second, the purpose of the survey

College students' consumption is an important part of social consumption. Under the influence of modern society's consumption concept, lifestyle and fashion, their consumption psychology and consumption behavior often interact with each other and form unique psychological characteristics of group consumption. This paper attempts to put forward the corresponding consumption education by analyzing the consumption behavior and psychology of contemporary college students, so as to make college students form a scientific consumption concept.

Keywords: college students; Consumer behavior; Consumer psychology

III. Survey object and survey method

3. Survey method: questionnaire survey was used and distributed online, and the data was collected for analysis and interpretation.

IV. Contents and results of the questionnaire

(with questionnaire and original data)

V. Analysis of the survey results

Overall situation, the current consumption composition of college students is mainly divided into basic living expenses, learning consumption, image consumption (clothing and cosmetics, etc.) and leisure and entertainment consumption. According to the data analysis, in addition to the basic living expenses, the above data show that in daily life, besides the basic meals and other daily living expenses, contemporary college students

spend more on image and leisure and entertainment, while spend less on learning and investment, which also reflects that to some extent, college students are more inclined to enjoy consumption and neglect the improvement of their own spiritual level.

From the analysis in Table 2, it can be concluded that for the total living expenses they can get each month, 14.1% of the students are concentrated between 3 and 5, about 6.9% between 5 and 1, 2.3% of the students are concentrated between 1 and 15, and the high-consumption population (above 15) accounts for about 4. To some extent, this shows that the current consumption situation of college students is reasonable, but there are also high and low consumption levels.

Statistics show that 79.7% of students prefer to shop in reality, and only 2.3% are used to shopping online. However, students who have online shopping experience have great differences in online shopping years and satisfaction with online shopping. Most of them have online shopping experience within three years, and their satisfaction with online shopping is average. This also reflects that college students' trust in online shopping needs to be further improved.

Factors such as quality, price, appearance and brand have become the main influencing factors of college students' shopping, but at the same time they are also influenced by factors such as emotions and opinions of others, which shows that college students are full of perceptual and rational consumption views. And the pursuit of meteor shower fashion seems to be a perplexing crossroads. Moderate pursuit is reasonable. However, excessive comparison and blind pursuit will have a negative impact on college students' consumption psychology.

The survey found that college students' main source of income is provided by their families. This situation is common among contemporary college students in China. A small number of students also bear part of their daily consumption through work-study programs. Most students have a general consumption plan, but they have not implemented it or insisted on it, and their views on their own consumption status are also very different. For their own consumption status, more than half of the people expressed satisfaction, and quite a few people expressed dissatisfaction and wanted to try to change.

Most of the respondents said that our questionnaire survey has aroused their attention to their own consumption situation, and they will pay more attention to and strengthen their good consumption consciousness and behavior, and cultivate their good consumption habits, which will be of great significance for college students to establish a scientific, rational, reasonable and mature consumption concept.

VI. Summary of survey results

From the above survey results, it can be seen that college students' basic living consumption and psychology are realistic and reasonable as a whole, but the discrete trend is obvious and individual differences are great. It can be summarized as follows:

1. College students' consumption has its irrational side

College students have no economic resources, poor economic independence, and no basis for consumption. The non-independence of economy determines that college students have little experience in independent consumption and cannot rationally measure consumption value and cost. College students have not formed a complete and stable concept of consumption, and their self-control ability is not strong. Most of their consumption is random consumption and impulsive consumption induced by media propaganda or influenced by classmates around them. This is also the result of the demonstration effect of college students' consumption.

2 The consumption difference is becoming increasingly obvious

First, the consumption composition of students from rural areas is relatively simple, and the overall consumption level is also low. Second, the overall consumption level of students from cities is relatively higher than that of students from rural areas, and at the same time, the consumption composition is relatively diversified. To a great extent, this shows that economic development not only affects the current consumption level of college students, but also affects the current consumption composition and consumption concept of college students.
