1. Yellow Crane Tower The Yellow Crane Tower is located in Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, at the top of the Snake Mountain, near the Yangtze River, and is a landmark building in Wuhan. It was founded in the second year of Wu in the Three Kingdoms (223) and rebuilt many times in the past dynasties. Based on the prototype design of Tongzhi Building in Qing Dynasty, the existing building was rebuilt in 1985. It is famous for the poem Yellow Crane Tower written by Cui Hao, a poet in the Tang Dynasty. The main building of the Yellow Crane Tower is an octagonal structure, reinforced concrete frame, with a height of 5 1.4m, a bottom width of 30m and a top width of 18m, with five cornices, spires and golden glazed tiles at the top, supported by 72 columns and 60 upturned angles extending outwards. There are bronze yellow cranes, victory towers, archways, pavilions and other buildings outside the building. The whole building is shaped like a yellow crane, spreading its wings and flying, with plaques hanging on all sides under the eaves, and a gold plaque inscribed by calligrapher Shu Tong on the front. Second, Wuhan East Lake Scenic Area Wuhan East Lake Ecological Tourism Scenic Area, referred to as East Lake Scenic Area, is located in the east of Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It is a national AAAAA-level tourist scenic spot, a national civilized scenic spot demonstration site and the first batch of national key scenic spots. 2065438+February 28th, 2006, 65438+2006, a world-class greenway, Donghu Greenway, was put into operation, with a total length of 10 1.98km, which is the longest greenway around the lake in the core area of 5A-level cities in China. On August 18, 2020, the Eye of the East Lake Ferris Wheel in Wuhan East Lake Scenic Area was officially opened to the public. 3. Tan Tan Hualin is located in the west of Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, adjacent to Wuchang Campus of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, between the northern foot of Huayuan Mountain and the southern foot of Xiejiao Mountain (also known as Mingcheng Mountain) within the city wall, and runs east-west along the two mountains. Tanhualin in history refers to the eastern section connected with Gejiaying exit. 1946, the local authorities in Wuchang merged Kevin Z Street and Youjia Lane, west of Gejiaying exit, into Tanhualin, whose street name has been used ever since.
