Guangzhou to Taiwan seven-day free travel guide
Taiwan is my country’s largest treasure island. It is rich in natural resources and cultural customs. The tourism industry on the island is very developed, attracting the attention of tourists from all over the world. Traveling to Taiwan in seven days is still a bit tight. Well, let me share with you the detailed strategy below.
Preparation before departure: Taiwan pass, endorsement, Taiwan entry permit, these are all needed to bring, and you also need to bring enough funds. You need to book hotels and other expenses when you get there.
Day 1: Guangzhou-Taipei-EVA Air, round-trip ticket price 1,770 yuan/person
Exchange Taiwan dollars after passing customs at the airport (a handling fee of NT$30 applies for two people*** 3400RMB)
There is a handling fee of NT$100 for converting Taiwan dollars to RMB. You can buy the EasyCard on Taobao or Taiwan convenience stores. The style at the airport is a bit ugly. Take the MRT to Ximending (it is recommended to stay at Taipei Main Station). Do not stay in Taipei East. In the Dragon Hotel, the air conditioning was out of control and I almost died from the cold.
The Ruifang-Shifen-Jiufen one-day tour ticket on the second day is NT$80/person
Take the Ruifang shuttle bus and swipe your EasyCard to enter the Nuannuan Station, which is very relaxing Sky lanterns
The price of each hotel is about the same. The inn’s sky lanterns are air-conditioned. They help take photos and videos, and send Polaroid photos. When you go back to Ruifang, go down the stairs and take the tunnel. When you come up, you can find a taxi stand with a car. It costs NT$205 to get to Jiufen. You can save money by carpooling. Jiufen is like a mountain city and many people are so cute here that they are not afraid of people. Go to 7-11 and wait for the bus back to Ximending.
The third day: Tamsui
Take the MRT to Tamsui to Tamkang Middle School, then go to the famous Pastoral Building and Truth University. There are buses along the Truth University back to Tamsui. MRT Station
The Taiwan Railway to Hualien in the afternoon costs 108RMB/person. Hualien Taiwan Railway tickets are relatively tight, so it is best to buy them in advance. The Taiwan Railway lunch box is not very delicious in my opinion.
Hualien Accommodation - Lewenlv Urban Elevator B&B, I highly recommend this one. The owner of the B&B came to pick us up and recommended various foods to us. He also reminded us that the carnival was Zeng Peici and Hebe.
Day 4: Hualien one-day tour (online 220 yuan/person)
Qingshui Cliff-Taroko-Qixingtan-Whale Watching, these attractions are very Well-known, and after entering, you will be greeted by the fragrance and beautiful scenery, which is refreshing.
Day 5: Hualien-Kenting 180 yuan/person
Yunshanshui-Tropic of Cancer-Ruisui Ranch-Chishang Bento-Duoliang Station-Kenting
The pudding at Ruisui Ranch is delicious. The road from Duoliang Station to Kenting is super beautiful. It’s best to sit in the first row by car. The air conditioning is cool enough and the scenery is beautiful.
Day 6: One-day trip to Kenting
Recommended Hengchun Ancient City - Seafood at Houbi Lake - Maobi Rock - Taiwan's southernmost point - the most beautiful highway (a bit dangerous) - __Bi Park (it’s more beautiful with the lights on at night)
Recommended to stay in a B&B by the sea. It’s super beautiful. We stayed on Kenting Street and thought it was just average. We rented little sheep at the B&B for NT$400/day. Pay attention to sun protection. Kenting’s ultraviolet rays are extremely high.
Day 7: Take the high-speed rail from Kaohsiung back to Taipei
The 9-passenger car booked to go to Kaohsiung is NT$64/person, and the high-speed rail from Kaohsiung to Taipei is NT$243/person. Visit Zhongxiao East Road. The dolphin flowers and barbecue taste great. I highly recommend eating here. Buying souvenirs from Far East Sogo
Phone card: The signal of China Unicom is very poor when buying on Taobao
Exchanging Taiwan dollars: Cash at the airport for 4.42 shopping Swipe UnionPay card or Alipay 4.49
Keep the Taiwan Entry Permit and stamp it and if it is lost, it will cost NT$300 to replace it
Air tickets and accommodation can be booked as soon as the pass is obtained. There is no need to wait for the Taiwan Entry Permit.
