Brief introduction of Xiegong ancient road in Xinchang
1, Banzhu Village Banzhu Village, which is one of the starting points to Tianmu Mountain. In Tianmu Mountain, there are many short stories besides the scenery. There is a Sima Regret Bridge and Sima Regret Temple in Banzhu Village. The bridge is in the valley under Tianmu Mountain, surrounded by tall and straight trees. The river trickled, the green leaves sang and crossed the stone bridge. On the other side of the bridge is Sima Regret Temple. The door of the temple is locked. Observing the situation in the temple through the crack of the door is not like disrepair. Perhaps only during festivals do villagers come to burn incense.
According to legend, Sima Cheng lived in seclusion in Tongbai Mountain on the rooftop in the Tang Dynasty, and later went out of the mountain in Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty. At that time, Sima Cheng regretted crossing the bridge, so it was called "Sima Regret Bridge". Go ahead and you will see Banzhu Village. This ancient post road paved with pebbles runs through Banzhu Village. The main village houses stand on both sides of the ancient road, which is also the best preserved section of the ancient post road in Xinchang County. It is said that in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were inns and shops on both sides of the street, which was a very prosperous place. Now Banzhu Village has abandoned its former prosperity. Like other villages, young people are not in the village, only old people and children are left, and of course, this quiet small village has passed slowly with time in the prosperity of history.
2. Huiyeling Village will arrive at Huiyeling Village first along the trail. Along the way, you will find some houses that have been in disrepair all the year round, and at the end of the path is a parking oil circuit that is open to traffic. After passing through Taiping Temple along the road, you arrive at Hengbanqiao Village.
3. Hengbanqiao Village crosses the field along the stone road, crosses a small dam, and reaches Heifengling. Here, you will find an ancient post road paved with pebbles, and it is an uphill road leading to Heifengling. When you get to Heifengling on the hillside, you will see the Guandi Temple Yamatonokusushi Temple on both sides of the Guanzhong Road, and then go downhill to Lengshuikeng Village. Walking along the ancient road, I didn't see the residents of the nearby villages. The ancient road was basically abandoned because it could not be opened to traffic. There are only two ancient temples standing on Heifengling, and there is no resplendent decoration, which can only prove the past.
4. Lengshuikeng Village Lengshuikeng Village, surrounded by mountains, is a village with good scenery, but it feels that there are fewer villagers here. All the way to the entrance of the village, you can see an abandoned ancient bridge. Cross the ancient bridge and continue to be interspersed between the ancient road and the highway, and you will arrive at Fengshuling.
Community and old curtilage community.
5. There is a bridge "Huang Du Bridge" across the stream in Guoqiao Village. This is a very beautiful stone arch bridge. There are exquisite stone statues, stone lions and other sculptures on the bridge. It is worth taking time to observe and stay carefully. Standing on the bridge, you can see the daily atmosphere of the villagers and the simplicity of the bridge.
Trees are like telling me one story after another.
6. After Guanlingtou crossed the bridge, the ancient road was replaced by the national road. Walk along the national road to Bawu Village and you will see the ancient post road. You can see Guanlingtou at the junction of Xinchang and Tiantai, and walk 15 minutes to the ancient post road and then arrive at Tangguanling.
After being paved, it also means that the end of this trip has arrived. There were military camps and post stations in ancient times. Guanlingpu is a rare relic of the ancient road. Now the three big characters "Guanlingpu" on the gate are still clear. The original Guanling
Dianhoudian has been used as a Tibetan temple. Guanlingtou is the junction of Xinchang and Tiantai, with Xinchang in the north and Tiantai in the south. There is a Hou Wang Temple in Guanlingtou, which was built in memory of two generals, Zhu Liangzu and Shen Ye. Knowing that I was a foreign tourist, the local residents specially unlocked the door for me to visit, especially thanking the villagers for their warm hospitality. Walking into the circular arch of the brick wall, there are many old houses. Every old house carved with flower windows has a deep historical trace, and its story is quietly hidden.
