Where is Arong Banner in Inner Mongolia?

Arong Banner is a flag of Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, located at the eastern foot of Daxinganling, with east longitude1222 ′-1245 ′ and north latitude 47 56 ′-4919 ′. It faces Zhalantun City across the river in the west, Zhadun Mountain and Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner in the east, Oroqen Banner in the north, Yakeshi City in the northwest and gannan county in Heilongjiang Province in the south.
