On September 23, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced six types of tourism law enforcement guidance cases, reminding tourists to carefully identify tourism products, rationally choose legal and formal tourism services, and consciously resist "unreasonable low-cost travel" to protect their own safety and legitimate rights and interests.

It is worth noting that in these guiding cases, some attract tourists with entertainment activities, some send tourists with shopping, some attract tourists with the Internet, some take trips with tourism, and some "travel at unreasonable low prices". The publication of these cases also provides a reference for consumers to avoid those tourist "pits".

Keywords: entertainment, soliciting customers. Jiangsu Yutu Yang Kang Health Industry Group Co., Ltd. lured the elderly to "Yang Kang Base" to participate in tourism "marketing" activities by giving rice, eggs and cooking oil, and organized 184 "VIPs" to participate in tourism activities, which violated the provisions of Article 28 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China. Suzhou Culture, Radio, Film and Television Tourism Bureau of Jiangsu Province ordered the parties concerned to correct their illegal acts according to law, and imposed an administrative penalty of confiscation of illegal income and a fine of 70,000 yuan.

-Keywords: tourism shopping. Bumoumou sold agricultural products and health products such as corn grits and goat milk powder by adding 10 yuan tourism and 30 salted duck eggs with red hearts, and organized 50 tourists to participate in the "Golden Autumn White Horse Lake 1 day tour". According to the first paragraph of Article 95 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, the guannan county Culture, Sports, Radio, Film and Television Tourism Bureau of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province ordered the parties concerned to correct their illegal acts and imposed an administrative penalty of 1 10,000 yuan.

-Keywords: soliciting customers online. Bao Moumou released a short video of tourism products on the Aauto Quicker platform to attract 15 tourists, and planned to organize a trip to Wutai Mountain, which was stopped by law enforcement officers in time. Tongliao Culture, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ordered the parties concerned to correct their illegal acts and imposed an administrative penalty of 1 10,000 yuan in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 95 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China.

-Keywords: travel shooting. Wuyuan Huang Rong Photography Creation Co., Ltd. published package tourism product information such as "Four-day Photography Creation Group of Wuyuan in Spring" through its own website, and attracted and organized 18 tourists to participate in tourism activities, with a total tour fee of 38,440 yuan and a profit of 52 1 yuan. The behavior of the parties to operate the travel agency business without permission violates the provisions of Article 28 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China. Shangrao Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, Television, Press, Publication and Tourism in Jiangxi Province ordered the parties concerned to correct their illegal acts according to law, and imposed an administrative penalty of confiscation of illegal income and a fine of 1 10,000 yuan.

-Keywords: unreasonable low price, charge "headcount fee". Tianjin Phaeton Holiday International Travel Service Co., Ltd. organized two tourists to participate in the "Xiamen Story" five-day double flight in Xiamen at the price of per person 175 yuan, during which the real situation such as travel itinerary and paid travel items were concealed, and the "head fee" of the ground agency was charged at the price of 800 yuan per person. Tianjin Phaeton Holiday International Travel Service Co., Ltd. organized tourism activities at unreasonably low prices, deceived tourists, and obtained illegitimate interests by arranging additional paid tourism projects, which violated the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 35 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China. Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism ordered the parties concerned to correct their illegal acts according to law, and imposed administrative penalties such as confiscation of illegal income, suspension of business for rectification 15 days, and a fine of 55,000 yuan.

-Keywords: negative tour fee, "commission rebate". Guilin Changtong International Travel Service Co., Ltd. paid Yulin Shenzhouxing International Tourism Co., Ltd. (handled separately) per person 140 yuan, provided ground connection service for the "Guilin Longsheng three-day and two-night tour" attended by 55 tourists, concealed the real situation of specific shopping places and paid tourism projects during the tour, and collected illegitimate interests such as "commission rebate". Guilin Changtong International Travel Service Co., Ltd. deceives tourists by organizing tourism activities at unreasonable low prices, and obtains illegitimate interests by arranging shopping and paying for tourism projects separately. According to Article 98 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, Guilin Culture, Radio, Film and Television Tourism Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region ordered the parties concerned to correct their illegal acts according to law, and imposed administrative penalties such as confiscation of illegal income, suspension of business for one month and a fine of 60,000 yuan.
