Tianjin to Mount Wutai

The expressway has indeed been repaired.

Tianjin----Wutaishan Expressway is the entire expressway. The Tianjin-Baoding Expressway ends at the end of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway: follow the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway towards Baoding. You can see it later When arriving in Cangzhou, follow the Baoding South road sign and go south from here. Then you will see the sign for Fuping. Don't get off the expressway at Fuping and continue toward Wutai Mountain. Get off when you see the entrance to the Wutai Mountain Scenic Area.
