Can non-English majors take the TEM4 and TEM8 exams?

You can't.

Generally speaking, sophomores of English majors will take the TEM4 exam in April, and if they fail, they will take it again the next year as a make-up exam. But 8th grade was a senior majoring in English. If they fail, they can return to school in the second year and take the make-up exam again.

(1) Sophomore English majors registered or approved by the Ministry of Education.

(2) College students who have completed the courses stipulated in the syllabus for the basic stage of English major in colleges and universities for the record or approval by the Ministry of Education.
