Huangtian Village, Tuling Town, Quangang District, is located at the junction of Luojiang, Hui'an and Xianyou counties (districts). There are 11 natural villager groups in the village with 523 households and a population of 2051. The village has 37 party members, including 2 probationary party members, and is divided into 5 party groups. The village covers a total area of ??10 square kilometers, including 13,383 acres of mountainous land and 1,111 acres of cultivated land. It is the most remote old mountain village in Quangang District, 28 kilometers away from Quangang District and 18 kilometers away from Tuling Town. The whole village is dominated by a self-sufficient small-scale peasant economy. The main year-round crops are rice and sweet potatoes, as well as black goats, which are also used as peanuts, soybeans, taro, vegetables and other cash crops. It has beautiful scenery all year round and rich tourism resources. In addition, the rich mountain resources are mainly used for large-scale planting of economic trees and camellia plantations. From the Tuling section of National Highway 324, drive west along the Chaoyang Highway for about 15 kilometers until you reach Huangtian Village at the foot of Bijia Mountain. If it is your first time to come here, along the way, you will see the winding foothills, lush forests, vast expanse of blue waves of Chentian Reservoir, and the same color of water and sky. You will think that some of the beautiful mountain scenery has "airborne". After all, this is the coastal area of ??Quanzhou.
Huangtian Village, surrounded by mountains, looks particularly quiet. The autumn sun is shining high, the mountain breeze is blowing, and there is a special fragrance flowing in the air. People can't help but slow down and savor this meal. Rare peace.
