(three) to organize and guide the investigation of cases, and coordinate the handling of major criminal cases (incidents), crimes endangering national security, public security accidents and riots.

(four) to organize, guide and supervise the city's public security organs to investigate and deal with acts endangering social order according to law; Manage household registration, resident identity cards, guns and ammunition, dangerous explosives, special industries and public places according to law.

(5) Administering ethnic work according to law; To organize and guide the management of foreigners' exit, entry, residence and travel in China; To guide, coordinate and undertake the investigation and handling of foreign-related cases.

(ten) to guide and supervise the execution of punishment and the supervision and inspection work undertaken by the public security organs in the city according to law; To guide and supervise the management of detention centers, public security detention centers, compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers and asylum education centers by public security organs in the city; Manage the municipal supervision center.
