Please tell me the process and time for applying for a Japanese personal tourist visa. I am a minor in Wuhan. Do I need to go to Beijing to apply?

There should be an embassy of Japan in Wuhan and there is no need to come to Beijing to apply for conditions

1. Applicants: Hold tourist passports issued by provinces and cities across the country.

2. The applicant has no history of staying in Japan and no history of visa rejection in Japan (any visa category).

3． Persons applying for a Japanese visa must travel as required after obtaining the visa.

4. Those with a Japanese group tourist visa must accompany the group and are not allowed to leave the group; those with a Japanese individual tourist visa must return to the cruise ship on time.

Provide information

1. Personal information

(1) Applicant’s family register and copy (the service location and work unit must be consistent).

(2)Applicant’s ID card and copy.

(3) The applicant’s passport is valid for more than six months (the last page must be signed by the applicant).

(4) Two 2-inch color photos with white background taken by the applicant within six months.

5 Proof of assets of the applicant and his family members (bank passbook of more than 50,000 yuan, real estate certificate and other securities and certificates).

2. Company and unit information

(1) A copy of the company’s business license.

(3) Retired employees must provide a copy of their retirement certificate.

(4) Students need to provide a student holiday certificate and student ID issued by the school and stamped on the school's letterhead.

3． Carefully write the "Japan Entry Visa Application Form" and "Personal Information Form" (written in pen)

Remarks

1. The "Japan Entry Visa Application" must be signed by the applicant in person and must be the same as the signature on the passport; children can be signed by their parents.

2. The contact number of the applicant's unit should match the 1 14 inquiry desk (i.e. the contact number of the main company).

3． The time of your last visit to Japan must be written correctly (because the consulate has relevant records on file).

4. Applicants pay a deposit ranging from 50,000 to 200,000 yuan (depending on the materials provided by the customer) and sign a letter of commitment.

5． Please submit all materials to our company two weeks in advance.

6. If the visa is refused, the visa processing fee will not be refunded, and cruise tickets and other expenses will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the cruise company.

7. If a guest who has obtained a Japan tourist visa requests to cancel the trip, the applicant must bear the corresponding losses according to the provisions of the relevant contract.
