1. Policy standards for rewarding and compensating the number of trips organized by travel agencies to Sichuan. Travel agencies that organized travel teams to Sichuan during the "Winter Travel Season in Sichuan" from November 1, 223 to March 31, 224 will be rewarded and compensated according to the number of trips per person to 3 yuan.

2. Policy standard for travel agencies to organize charter flights to visit Sichuan. Travel agencies (excluding inbound charter flights) that organize charter flights to visit Sichuan from other provinces during the "Winter Travel Season in Sichuan" from November 1, 223 to March 31, 224 will be rewarded with two grades according to the passenger plane attendance rate of the travel team.

1. If the attendance rate reaches 8% (inclusive) or above, a one-time subsidy of 28, yuan will be given for each trip;

2. If the attendance rate reaches 6% (inclusive) to 8%, a one-time subsidy of 2, yuan will be given for each trip.

Some application conditions

1. The tourism team should stay in Sichuan for at least 3 nights;

3. I didn't participate in the declaration of the number of people who came to Sichuan by the tourism team organized by the travel agency.

3. Policy standards for travel agencies to organize train groups to travel to Sichuan. Travel agencies that organize train groups to travel to Sichuan from other provinces during the "Winter Travel Season in Sichuan" from November 1, 223 to March 31, 224 will be awarded according to three grades.

1. Organize more than 1 tourists to visit Sichuan at a time, and give 1, yuan for publicity and marketing and 23 yuan for each trip.

2. Organize more than 2 tourists to visit Sichuan at a time, and give 2, yuan for publicity and marketing and 24 yuan for each trip.

3. Organize more than 3 tourists to visit Sichuan at a time, and give 3, yuan for publicity and marketing and 25 yuan for each trip.

During the "Winter Travel to Sichuan Consumption Season" from November 1, 223 to March 31, 224, through trains were organized to travel from outside the province to Sichuan, and they were awarded according to three grades:

1. Those who traveled to Sichuan from short-distance markets (2 km to 5 km) were awarded 1 yuan for each class and 3 yuan for each person.

2. Those who travel to Sichuan from the medium-distance market (5 km to 8 km) will be given a reward of 1,5 yuan per class, and each person will be rewarded with 35 yuan;

3. Those who travel to Sichuan from a remote market (more than 8 kilometers) will be given a bonus of 2, yuan per class, and each person will be rewarded with 4 yuan.

(The "kilometer" measurement standard of this award is: the shortest road transportation distance from the departure place of the tourism team to the farthest scenic spot in Sichuan. )

Partial application conditions

1. Tourist vehicles entering Sichuan have legal tourist passenger qualifications and cross-provincial operation procedures that meet the scope of the team's itinerary;

2. The tourism team should stay in Sichuan for at least 2 nights;

3. People who did not participate in the travel agency's organizing tour teams to visit Sichuan were rewarded.

1. Definition of "Tourism Team Coming to Sichuan" means that a travel agency organizes and receives tourists from outside the province, independently forms a group outside the province, and the number of tourists is not less than 2 (inclusive), taking Sichuan as a tourist destination to carry out tourism activities, including overnight tours and one-day tours.

second, the definition of "charter tour to Sichuan" means that the travel agency directly signs charter contracts with airlines in its own name, and transports the same group of tourists to complete the round-trip tourism activities in the form of charter flights, excluding non-charter flights such as "booking and cutting seats".
