What's winter like in Ali, Tibet?

Ali has the following three characteristics in winter:

1, cold, very cold, and because of the high altitude, dry, windy and dusty, there is little activity outside during the day. The house is double-glazed, just like the northeast and other places;

2, the hotel environment is very poor, most guest houses and hotels have no hot water, so you have to take a bath in the bathhouse.

3, frequent power outages, often burning charcoal fire or coal to keep warm.

The mainland used to be very uncomfortable.
