Niubao Village is located 6 kilometers northwest of Baizhai Town Government in Quzhou County, adjacent to the South Ring Road. Heta Highway runs through the north of the village, adjacent to Fuyang River in the north and Zhanghe River in the south. There are 65,438 households in the village, with a population of 850, 26 in party member and 5 cadres of the two committees of the village, covering an area of 650 mu. There is a good Taoist courtyard in the north of the village, and there are 60 street lamps in the village.

Niubao Village is adjacent to Liu Zhuang Tun Village, Hou Li Sengzhai Village, Dongjiaoying Village, Anwangzhuang Village, Louzhai Village, Niangniangzhai Village, Chailuzhai Village, Silizhuang Village, Yaozhai Village, Buzhai Village, Baituandian Village, Xijizhuang Village, Dongjizhuang Village and Baixiaoying Village.
