Mainland residents of China who want to go to Hong Kong and Macao must apply for Hong Kong and Macao Pass.

Procedures for handling Hong Kong and Macao Pass:

The first step is to get the application form.

Residents with ID cards and household registration books shall go to the local entry-exit administration authorities to receive the "Approval Form for China Citizens' Travel Permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao", and the state staff shall be given opinions by the unit.
