The high cliff waterfall, which is as high as 100 meters, looks like a snowflake, so it is named snowflake. It is magnificent and thunderous. Jingning is located in the middle of the southern mountainous area of Zhejiang Province. Cave mountains extend obliquely from southwest to northeast, with towering peaks, with nearly 800 peaks over 1000 meters. The terrain is complex and gradually inclines from southwest to northeast.

The landform is dominated by deep mountains, originating from the stream of the tributary of the Oujiang River in Donggong Mountain Range, running through the whole territory from southwest to northeast, dividing the county into two parts, and a narrow strip with a width of about 124.6 km is formed on both sides, forming a landscape pattern of "nine mountains, half water and half fields" and "two mountains with one water and many valleys surging".
