Tourism, is it realistic to travel while working? ask for advice
Therefore, many people choose to leave their jobs or take a long vacation to travel, but they still have to face many realities after returning from the trip. Their mood has not been released with the trip, and they can't let go of what they can't let go.
We read in Entrepreneurial Times that Guo Xinnian went to Tibet by bike because of entrepreneurial failure and divorce cases. Finally, he was inspired by his trip and developed the voice software of "Magic Crystal" and continued to start a business after he came back. I also heard a realistic story. An entrepreneur sold his company and opened a homestay in Lijiang. Two years later, he became haggard. At first, he thought Lijiang was fun everywhere, so he played for a year. The next year, he found that he had played all the things nearby and gradually lost his fun. In the third year, it was very maddening, so he returned to the city to continue his business and continue to look for his group of "friends". Therefore, travel, a lot of things can not be put down.
I don't know when I began to like traveling. Strictly speaking, I am not a traveler. I can only say that I am fun by nature and sometimes I just wander around. Since the resignation of state-owned enterprises, I have done agricultural products and learned some photography. Recently, I have also been exposed to RV travel and live video. Although I don't know when to end the toss, I have a hunch that my life of traveling while working is one step closer.
Today, I will talk to you about my trip to Beijing and some travel experiences.
I remember the first time I went to Beijing ten years ago, when I was the first to do mobile internet. I led the team to do the mobile phone school project and was shortlisted for the China Mobile Service Project. The CEO, marketing director and the person in charge of this project came to Beijing together and stayed in Beijing for about 3-4 days. Except for moving to China for about 2 hours, I stayed in a hotel all the time. Unfortunately, during that time. After all, it was not long before I graduated from college, and it was my first time to come to Beijing before I left.
The second trip to Beijing was about five years ago, and it was a tour organized by my wife's unit. The whole trip was followed by a tour guide group, during which I visited the most representative scenic spots in Beijing: Tiananmen Square, the Great Wall and so on. Because there was a heavy rain in the middle, the hotel where I stayed leaked, and then I was taken shopping by the tour guide group. The whole trip was quite dramatic, and the biggest gain was that I learned a lot about Beijing's history and culture, so I was glad you came.
I went to Beijing for the third time and attended the Dell 20 18 Science and Technology Summit last month. This is a business trip. Before I came, I was scared by my colleagues in the WeChat group, saying that Beijing was foggy and cold. My colleague also gave me a mask. I brought a suitcase from home, even a sweater and a thick coat. Finally, I found that all these things I brought were useless. First, we were busy at the meeting place during the whole business trip, and second, it was really not as cold as expected. Fortunately, it is crisp in autumn in Beijing these days.
I stayed in Beijing for 4 days and 3 nights this time. When I got off the train, I felt less fashionable and charming than Hangzhou and Shanghai. The whole railway station is a serious and simple tone, and the advertisements will be relatively low-key. What is more exaggerated is that it takes more than 20 minutes to queue up for nearly 50 meters by taxi. By the time we got to the hotel, it was already past 10. We hungry brothers want to find a place to eat. Finally, we can only send our RMB to KFC. If you put it in the south, small bosses will welcome "a group of hungry ghosts" too much.
The next morning, we couldn't get into the venue, so several people just wanted to stroll around. There happened to be a China Agricultural University nearby, so we went to eat in the school cafeteria. When we went in, there were more people than food. Later, I learned that it happened to be the anniversary of China Agricultural University, so we acted as "alumni" for some time.
In the afternoon, we will go to the venue to prepare for the next Dell Technology Summit. I won't say anything about work. After work, I went to visit the nearby Bird's Nest and Water Cube. Someone was playing the piano and singing beside me, so I listened for a while, which was very suitable for foreign tourists.
The third day is a professional conference and forum, where you can work hard and enjoy learning.
On the fourth day, I visited Sanlitun in Beijing before the opening of the high-speed rail. Maybe it's a dirty trip, but I think it's enough as long as you have a good time.
During this trip, I also gained some experience to share with you.
First, you have to travel even if you work.
Many times, we all say that we are tired from business trips. Many people who travel frequently don't like traveling in the end, just as many people who drive often don't like driving by themselves in the end. Frequent repetition will make a meaningful thing lose its original fun, but I understand that even for work, we can find time to understand the local customs. As long as we still have that young heart, we can choose not to eat or drink, and we can choose not to play cards or games.
In the future, many people's jobs will be replaced by artificial intelligence. Recently, I believe you have heard about Ma Future Hotel, so a lot of our work is actually a trip.
Not long ago, a design company in Beijing put forward the concept of "living and working anywhere", which means that our work will be more and more unrestricted by space, and you can still enjoy life and travel while working. Then, they made a project to rent leisure space in some cities to nomadic young people, so that they can enjoy mobile work and travel life anytime and anywhere.
Therefore, in the future, our work should be like a trip, so that our work will not be so boring. I hope that day will come soon.
Second, learn to travel simply and easily.
Like many people, I am a little nostalgic. I used to doodle everywhere when I was a child. I used to want to be a painter or an art teacher. Later, I didn't continue this gene, but when I was bored in summer vacation, I always wanted to live in various ways. Spelling the word "diligent" with collected cigarette labels, using foam boxes as photo frames, imitating Grandpa Mao's handwriting to write "A single spark can start a prairie fire", and even using zongzi leaves as Spring Festival couplets, of course, were severely criticized by parents.
As a result, many "masterpieces" remained in my childhood and student days. I kept them until I was not at home after the house was rebuilt, and many of them disappeared.
I moved many times after work, and I was reluctant to throw away those worn-out books and useless things every time I moved. The funny thing is that the desktop I bought in college was still lying at home until a few years ago. What do you think is the use? Maybe this question is more of a puzzle for me.
Of course, traveling is also a drag. There is too much demand and reluctance to bring this and that, so it is quite difficult to be a "backpacker".
Not long ago, I read a book called minimalism. It is about two young Americans, young and promising, who have lived a rich and free life for a long time, with a car, a mansion and a beautiful wife, but they find that with the increase of wealth, the items at home have also increased, but their happiness has not increased. After some reflection, they decided to give up something and start a minimalist life. In the end, there were only 288 items left in their lives. This minimalist life has enriched the author's heart more and more. They also set up a website to teach others how to live a minimalist life.
