5 Basic Requirements

5.1 The business site of tourist B&Bs should comply with the overall land use planning, urban and rural construction within the jurisdiction There are no geological disasters or other hidden dangers that may affect public safety.

5.2 The buildings operated should pass the JGJ125 building safety appraisal.

5.3 The business site should obtain the consent of the local government and relevant departments.

5.4 Operations should obtain relevant licenses and licenses required by the local government in accordance with the law and meet the relevant requirements of public security organs for public security and fire protection.

5.5 Domestic water (including self-prepared water sources and secondary water supply) should comply with the requirements of GB5749.

5.6 Food sources, processing and sales should comply with the requirements of GB14881.

5.7 Sanitary conditions should comply with the requirements of GB16153, GB14934, GB9663, and GB/T17217.

5.8 The construction and operation of tourist B&Bs should be adapted to local conditions, adopt energy conservation and environmental protection measures, and waste emissions comply with the requirements of GB 8978, GB18483, and CJJ/T102.

5.9 There have been no major safety accidents since its opening or in the past three years.

5.10 Employees should undergo health training and health examinations and hold certificates to work.

5.11 Service items should be publicized in text and graphics through appropriate means, and business hours should be indicated. Charging items should be clearly priced and operated with integrity.

5.12 ??Operators should regularly submit statistical survey data to the tourism authorities and report emergencies and other information to relevant departments in a timely manner.
