The following is a document issued by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission on the mainland insurance agencies in Hong Kong.

The CIRC severely cracked down on illegal agency of Hong Kong insurance products by domestic institutions.

I won't copy all the details. A case is attached at the bottom of the article.

The contents of the case include "private ordering, consulting, inviting customers to' buy insurance policies in Hong Kong' and related activities." This is an illegal act.
