Sera Temple was built at the foot of Wuzi Mountain, with a large scale and an area of 1 14964 square meters. The temples are strewn at random, with thick buildings, overlapping pavilions and resplendence, which embodies the distinctive characteristics of Tibetan Buddhist temples built on the mountain. The whole building complex includes Buddhist temples, prayer halls, warehouses, monasteries and Kang villages, as well as palaces stretching famous living buddhas such as Chemolin and thermal vibration. Among them, Cuoqin Hall, Maibaza Cang, Abaza Cang and Jizhacang are the main buildings of the temple.

Early buildings were built around Mebazaa warehouse and Abaza warehouse. Located in the southwest, Maibazha Tibetan was rebuilt in 176 1 after being struck by lightning. The building is four stories high with a building area of 1600 square meters. It consists of Buddhist Temple, Dharma Temple, Lohan Temple, Sakyamuni Buddha Hall, Zong Kaba Hall, Ganjul Buddhist Temple and the bedroom of the Dalai Lama. Here, three tantric deities of the Gelug Sect are densely enshrined. The main statue of Sakyamuni Buddha is enshrined in the temple, flanked by three disciples of Zong Kaba and the 13th Dalai Lama. The walls are covered with splendid murals, mainly focusing on Buddhist stories, changes in the pure land of the West, dense King Kong and other Buddhist monks in Buddhist history, and tantric themes such as Master De Rulongshu.

Murals have beautiful shapes, smooth lines and bright colors, showing a superb artistic level. Jizha Warehouse is the largest of the three warehouses, with a building area of 1.700 square meters.
