Is it okay to take annual leave to travel?

Legal analysis: those who have worked continuously 1 year or more can take annual leave. Paid annual leave is the right to leave granted to workers by law, and workers can arrange it by themselves. Therefore, it is ok to take annual leave to travel.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). The state practices the system of paid annual leave.

Workers who have worked continuously for more than one year are entitled to paid annual leave. Specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
