The first row is the footprints of centenarians, and the last row is 1999. This 1000 pair of footprints shows that Dalian's century-old history was created by the industrious and enterprising Dalian people and has far-reaching significance.

Leave Xinghai Square and walk all the way to see other squares along Zhongshan Road, Dalian's administrative center-People's Square, Dalian Cultural Center-Friendship Square, and the oldest Zhongshan Square. If you want to go shopping, you can go to Victory Square. There are also Hope Square, Olympic Square and Harbor Square, each with its own characteristics, which is refreshing.

Friendship Square is the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Friendship Road, with a big turntable in the middle. In the center of the turntable is a huge crystal ball, supported by abstract giant hands of five colors. The crystal ball is green during the day. When the lights in the ball are turned on at night, various colors and patterns will be displayed and changed. This crystal ball is an iconic landscape of Dalian and often appears in TV news reports.

After seeing the square, you can come to Russian style street, where the roads are full of Russian and European-style buildings. Looking at those neglected "tip" and "tower" attics, people can't help feeling that they are in a foreign country.

Day 2: Xinghai Bay Seagoing Wharf-Jinshitan National Geopark-Seafood Hotel

When you come to a coastal city like Dalian, you can't help but mention the yacht wharf in Xinghai Bay. Driving in Dalian is very comfortable, and taking a yacht for a ride is a great enjoyment of life. With the humid sea breeze blowing, you can see the sky and the sea, and you can also enjoy the scenery on the shore. It was fun.

Along Binhai Road and across Jinwan Bridge, we came to Jinshitan, a national tourist attraction. There are famous scenic spots such as National Geopark, Golden Beach and Jinshi Golf Course.

Jinshitan Binhai National Geopark, which has a reputation as a condor park, has not only dinosaurs exploring the sea, but also coastal strange stone landscapes such as rose lovers, Dapeng spreading its wings and hedgehogs foraging. , are lifelike, lifelike, can be said to be incredible!

Dalian is a seafood city in the northeast, and the seafood food is also great, but it is slightly different from Guangdong. Like scallops, they are all freshly cooked. No need for garlic and vermicelli, it's already delicious and sweet, leaving people fragrant and memorable.

After the daytime tour, if you are not very tired, you can take the night tour bus of Dalian Ring Road and enjoy the beautiful night view of Dalian.

Night tour route: The starting point is located in the south square of the railway station, passing through People's Square, Olympic Square, Peace Square and Convention and Exhibition Center. Go back to Gorky Road, Friendship Square, Zhongshan Square, Harbour Square, and finally to the South Square of the originating station.

Self-driving route of Jinshitan: Take Zhongshan Road from Xinghai Square, go straight into Gorky Road and drive eastward. After crossing Northeast Road (with overpass above), turn right at the road (Minyun Street), turn right at Shengli Road, then drive to Northeast Road, turn right at the overpass and enter Northeast Expressway. Follow the northeast expressway to the back edge, pay attention to the road signs, and walk along the right side to the development zone. After arriving at the development zone, walk along Jinma Road. You can see the light rail line (with wires on it) along the way. Go straight along the light rail line. A section of the viaduct of the light rail line turns left, but the road is still straight. Then go straight, turn left at Liaohe West Road (there is a road sign pointing to Jinshitan, and there is Jinyuan Hotel on the left side of the intersection), and then look at the light rail line. Go straight along this road, and you will reach Golden Stone Beach.

Jinshitan Bus Line: It starts from Dalian Railway Station, passes Xianglujiao Station, Jinjiajie Station, Quanshui Station, Houyan Station, Dalian Bay Station, Jinma Road Station, Development Zone Station, Bonded Zone Station and Shuangde Port Station, and ends at Jinshitan.

Dalian is rich in fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish and algae, and is one of the national key aquatic products bases. It is essential to go to Dalian to eat seafood. You can go to the barbecue street in the square in front of the station, where there are many barbecues and they are delicious. Dalian's characteristic iron plate grilled squid is famous all over the country, and the barbecue shop is usually open until midnight, which is a good place for parties. Other seafood recommendations: steamed abalone with lanterns, steamed Cargill fish and braised whole shrimp.
