Provisions on group travel for the elderly over 70 years old

Legal analysis: at present, it is stipulated that the elderly over 60 must be accompanied by their immediate family members when traveling with the group. It is mainly to ensure that the elderly can have personal care when playing. In case of sudden illness and other problems, immediate family members can make decisions directly to avoid delaying treatment. Although it seems inconvenient to do so, it is worthwhile from the perspective of security.

Legal basis: Article 33 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Travel Agency Regulations (Order No.30 of the National Tourism Administration) clearly stipulates that in the same tour group, a travel agency may not propose different contract items from other tourists because of age or professional differences.
