Xinye Village is located in the northwest corner of Fengxian District, adjacent to Yexie Town, Songjiang District to the west, and adjacent to the Huangpu River and Minhang District to the north. Wang is the junction of the three districts. According to the regional master plan of Fengxian District (2004-2010), the administrative village area was adjusted in June 2008, and the original Xinguang Village and the original Yejia Village were merged into one village and renamed Xinye Village. Xinguang, commonly known as "Longshao", originally had inconvenient transportation and barren land. After the development of the Huangpu River coastline, it became a hot spot for development.
